The RAK Diabetes Challenge 2025

is a 3 months challenge from 01 September 2025, to 30 November 2025. The basis of evaluation improvement is through lifestyle improvement, weight loss and for HB A1C reduction.

Registration

registration is free for all participants and participants registration is done on the RAK India Diabetes Challenge 2025 website as follows:

Community Diabetes Challenge from 1st to 7th Sept, 2025 registrations to be done online at the RAK India diabetes 2025 website. All registration will get health tips and seminar invites. To be eligible for prizes and awards however HBA1C test results from a clinic or a hospital will need to be uploaded.

Hospital OP Diabetes Challenge List of OP diabetes patients will be registered by the hospital with the RAKDC India organizers. All clients will get weekly health tips and seminar invite. To be eligible for prizes and awards, from the hospital the OP client will require to undertake the HbA1C test (at their own cost) in the hospital. From 1st to 7th Sept 2025 and again after three months on 22nd and 23rd November 2025.

Clinic Diabetes Challenge List of clients with diabetes will be registered by the clinic with RAKDC India organizers. All clients will get weekly health tips and seminar invite. To be eligible for prizes and awards, from the hospital the OP client will require to undertake the HbA1C test (at their own cost) in the clinic. From 1st to 7th Sept 2025 and again after three months on 22nd and 23rd November 2025

Corporate Employees Diabetes Challenge Corporates who wish to participate in the RAKDC India diabetes challenge 2025, Would need to provide an e-mail list of employees, who will thereafter receive weekly health tips and seminar invites. This will be sent to the corporate for forwarding or directly to the employees as advised by the corporate. In case the employee wants to become eligible to get prizes and awards, they could take their HBA 1C test during the period 1st to 7th Sept 2025, in The corporate clinic or any other clinics and for receiving awards if eligible to register separately in the community diabetes challenge category by uploading the registration form and HbA1C certification.

Registration Documents

all participants who wish to specifically qualify for prizes and awards whether from the hospital, clinic or corporate category will need to register separately under the community category and complete the registration form medical details, weight, HbA1C results etc.
